I am a Chartered Health Psychologist who has recently joined the School of Psychology and Vision Sciences as a Lecturer at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ. Between 2020-23 I completed my PhD and Stage 2 Health Psychology training (BPS independent route). My clinical and research interests are in the management of cardiorespiratory disease, particularly rehabilitation, self-management and behaviour change.
