Profile

I am the Project Manager for I-REACCH (Inclusive Research Environment Achieved through Culture Change), a two-year Wellcome-funded project at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ (2024-2026). I-REACCH supports change in research culture through co-designed interventions across five workstreams, including equitable recruitment, career progression and research leadership. I lead the project’s operational delivery, working across disciplines and governance structures. My background spans health services research, secondary teaching, evaluation, legacy fundraising and project management, with experience in widening participation and collaboration.

Research

I'm currently project managing the Wellcome I-REACCH project (https://ireacch.le.ac.uk) which is a two-year project piloting and evaluating interventions to improve research culture at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ.
