Lucy Hargreaves
Lucy's career spans the private (BP, ExxonMobil) and higher education (Coventry University, University of Cambridge) sectors. With a background in international trading and supply, Lucy moved into senior leadership roles focused on strategy and organisational capability, business transformation and global trading.
During a career break Lucy combined raising a family with consultancy work in the FMCG and charity sectors.
Lucy joined Coventry University in 2017 as Director of Business Resilience and Transformation and led a team with responsibility for the delivery of strategic transformation activities (including the modernisation of the e-2-e student journey), enterprise-wide risk management and the Programme Management Office.
Lucy is currently Head of the Change and Programme Management Office at the University of Cambridge.
